How to hard reset htc pm23200 windows phone 8x 100% Done

1-Trun the power off
2-press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and the briefly press the POWER button. Releases the VOLUME DOWN button when see an icon the screen.
3-Then press the following hardware button in this sequence: VOLUME UP> VOLUME DOWN> POWER>VOLUME DOWN.
