Nokia 2700C MCU+PPM+CNT Done... but UI Default Failed

hi guys

I've Nokia 2700C, When I try to Power ON it's show white screen then power off again. I Flash phone with hwk and MCU,PPM,CNT flash done but UI Default Setting Failed.....

After All I power ON again but same problem.

Plz help how can i solve this problem with hwk.
